Altair Announces Successful 7th European Altair Technology Conference in Munich, Germany

Altair Engineering, Inc., a leading global provider of simulation technology and services, announced today that the 7th European ATC, held from June 24th – 26th, attracted around 600 engineers, managers and simulation experts to Munich. The conference kicked off with several technical workshops, product training sessions and for the first time, “The Next Big Idea” panel discussion. During the panel discussion, industry experts from the additive manufacturing, aerospace and automotive sectors presented their latest projects and discussed how simulation technology and new manufacturing methods are injecting innovative and influencing product development direction across industry.

Altair Announces Record Attendance and Successful 6th European Altair Technology Conference 2013 in Turin, Italy, from April 22nd -24th
600 industry leaders and simulation experts from 26 countries gathered in Turin to exchange the latest news and trends in CAE driven design, virtual product development and enterprise simulations

22 May, 2013 – Altair Engineering, Inc., a leading global provider of simulation technology and services, announced today that the 6th European ATC, held from April 22nd – 24th, attracted around 600 engineers, managers and simulation experts from 26 countries. This is a new record attendance for the event and Altair is very pleased with the outcome of its first European event held in Italy. The date of the European conference, traditionally taking place in autumn, had been moved to spring to better meet the schedules of Altair’s customers and partners, which in addition to a broader topic range, seems to be one of the reasons for the big success of the event. The European version of the ATC conference series has grown from a HyperWorks user conference into one of the major PLM technology events in Europe now covering topics such as lightweight design, composites, optimization, CFD, NVH, crash, Cloud Computing, business analytics, product design, and more.

October 16th, 2012 – Altair Engineering, Inc., a leading global provider of simulation technology and engineering services, today announced that it will host the 2013 European Altair Technology Conference from April 22nd to 24th, 2013 in Turin, Italy. The date of the European HTC conference, traditionally taking place in autumn, has been moved to spring to better meet the schedules of Altair’s customers and partners. The European version of the ATC conference series - now in its sixth year - has grown from a HyperWorks user conference into one of the major PLM technology events in Europe, with around 500 attendees from all over the world. As a result the name of the global conference series has been changed from HTC to Altair Technology Conference (ATC) to reflect the company’s growing technology portfolio.

More than 500 industry leaders and simulation experts from 25 countries gathered in Bonn to exchange the latest news and trends in CAE driven design and virtual product development

December 1st, 2011 – Altair Engineering, Inc., a leading global provider of simulation technology and services, announced today that the 5th European HTC, held from November 7th – 9th, attracted more than 500 engineers, managers and simulation experts from 25 countries. Among the broad scope of topics, this year’s conference covered lightweight design, composites, optimization, CFD, NVH, crash, and more. The first conference day started with the academic user day and three technology workshops on CFD, NVH, and composites. Following the workshops, attendees had the opportunity to visit the technology showcase with customers’ exhibits and partner booths to gain insight into innovative client projects and partner solutions.
